INFORMATION RELEASE
On May 18, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, deputies of the Randolph County Sheriff’s responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Henley Country Rd. and Tonys Way, Asheboro. Responding deputies located a single victim near the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. Deputies rendered aid, and the victim was transported for medical treatment. Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene and initiated an investigation.
