On October 17, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to David Allred Dr., Climax, in reference to larceny that had already occurred. Information was collected and charges were sought against Madison Ann Kennedy for felony obtain property by false pretense, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property.
On November 8, 2023, Kennedy was located, arrested and transported her to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served the outstanding warrant and was issued a $1,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for November 9, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
She was also served an outstanding warrant out of Alamance County for felony larceny, felony identity theft, and misdemeanor accessing computer. She was issued an additional $1,000 secured bond and a court date of 11/15/2023 in Alamance County District Court.
