During the November 2023 session of the Randolph County Grand Jury, True Bill of Indictments were issued on Erica Lynn Locklear for the distribution of narcotics in Randolph County. She was served on November 18, 2023, and received a $250,000 secured bond. A court date is set for November 20, 2023, in Randolph County Superior Court.
