On January 28, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Buffalo Ford Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, the victim was located. who advised that she was awakened by someone beating on her door. Soon after, Brady Galarza, who is known by the victim. broke into the residence damaging the door and assaulted the victim.
Following the investigation, charges were sought against Galarza for felony breaking and entering, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor battery of unborn child, and misdemeanor injury to real property.
On January 29, 2024, Galarza was located and arrested by the Randolph County Criminal Apprehension Team. He was taken before the magistrate who issued a No Bond (Domestic) and set a first appearance for January 30, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
