On April 15, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded Randolph Health in reference to an assault that had occurred on Marlbrook Ct., Trinity. Upon arrival, deputies obtained information from the victim, who had visible injuries. Following the investigation, charges were sought against Mark Lee Hall for felony assault inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female and the magistrate found probable cause to issue the warrant.
Deputies located Hall at the Trinity address and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his warrant. Bond was denied due to the charges being domestic in nature. A first appearance was set for April 16, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
