On May 2, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trespassing call for service on Lowerywood Drive in Trinity. While en route, the nature of the call for service was updated to an abnormal behavior call for service. Upon arrival, deputies located Brandon Lee Buck, who had outstanding processes. During a search to arrest, illegal narcotics and paraphernalia were located. Randolph County EMS responded for a medical evaluation.
Following the evaluation, he was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he went before the magistrate, who found probable cause for felony possession of Schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Buck was also served with outstanding warrants for arrest for two counts of misdemeanor second-degree trespassing, misdemeanor breaking or entering, misdemeanor injury to real property, and misdemeanor resisting a public officer. He received a secure $7,500 bond. A first appearance was set for May 3, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
Buck was also served a criminal summons for misdemeanor injury to real property and given a court date of May 13, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
