On August 6, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jordan Rd., Ramseur, in reference to trespassing. Upon arrival, Tevin Javae Isley, was located on the property and had been previously asked to leave. During the investigation, it was determined that Isley was wanted by the State of Virginia for full extradition for felony possession of schedule I or II. He was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause to issue a magistrate’s order for a fugitive. He was issued a $75,000 secured bond and an extradition hearing was set for August 7, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
