On August 12, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Canter Rd., Archdale, in reference to an agency assist request with NC Probation and Parole. During a probation search of Kathy Ann Reynolds, an illegal substance was found. She was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and issued her a written promise to appear in Randolph County District Court on September 9, 2024.
