On August 23, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Julian Airport Rd., Liberty, in reference to a larceny in progress. Upon arrival, deputies gathered information and detained Nicholas Anthony Berry, a former employee.
The victim/representative explained that Berry had taken the company’s work ATV and driven it to another building on-site. He followed Berry into the building and observed him holding approximately 500 pounds of copper.
