On September 12, 2024, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Manorview Rd. in reference to an armed person with a knife. Upon arrival, deputies located one male subject with injuries. EMS arrived for further evaluation and transported the male to an area hospital.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division responded. Following the investigation, Scott Robert Davidson was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. He was issued a $3,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for September 13, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
