On October 25, 2024, a citizen reported to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office to file a report and provide evidence of personal items being destroyed.
Following the investigation, charges were sought against Seth Ferguson Kenyon for felony burning of personal property, misdemeanor damage to personal property, and misdemeanor larceny. The magistrate found probable cause for the charges and issued a Warrant for Arrest.
On October 30, 2024, Kenyon reported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his warrant. The magistrate issued a $2,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for November 1, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
