On April 11th, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office received information regarding a possible sex offense involving a minor. Following an investigation of the allegations, Criminal Investigation Detectives sought charges against Brian Keith Theeson for felony first-degree statutory sex offense and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
On October 31st, 2024, Theeson was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served with his warrant. A bond was denied and a first appearance was set for November 1st, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
