On July 27, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jordan Rd., Ramseur, in reference to a reported larceny/theft. Following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, charges were sought against Angela Elizabeth Travis and Kelly Nicole Suits, as follows:
Travis – felony financial card theft, felony attempt to obtain property false pretense, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property.
Suits – misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property.
The magistrate found probable cause and issued a criminal summons for each.
On November 4, 2024, Travis and Suits were each served their summons to appear in Randolph County District Court.
