
During the month of November 2024, the Invictus Task Force began investigating a reported solicitation of minor by computer. As a result of the investigation, Donald M. Howard was charged by the Task Force with one (1) count of Indecent Liberties, one (1) count of solicitation of minor by computer, one (1) count of felony dissemination of harmful material to a minor, and statutory rape. Howard was arrested on November 12, 2024, and transported to the Davidson County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $75,000 secured bond and set a first appearance in Davidson County District Court for November 13, 2024. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
