On September 29, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office was notified that Joseph John Iannarone, a registered sex offender, had pending extraditable warrants out of Texas. Iannarone was confined in the Randolph County Detention Center on child exploitation charges. He was served the fugitive warrant from Texas for five counts of felony possession with intent to promote child pornography. No bond was issued, and a first appearance was held on September 30, 2024. At his first appearance, the judge set his bond at $5,000,000 secured (plus EHA).
He is now awaiting extradition to Texas.
