On August 31, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Providence Church Road, Randleman, in reference to a larceny that had already occurred. Upon arrival, the complainant advised a bank card and a television had been stolen from the residence and that multiple withdrawals had been made using the bank card without their authorization.
Following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, charges were sought against Jimmy Harold Clark for felony obtain property by false pretense, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor larceny.
On November 25, 2024, Clark was located by the Criminal Apprehension Team, arrested, and transported to Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his warrant and issued a $2,500 unsecured bond. A court date was set for December 16, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
