On December 12, 2024, while in the booking area of the Randolph County Detention Center, Brittney Nicole Brockman was determined to have illegal substances in her possession.
Following an investigation, charges were sought against Brockman. The magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of controlled substances on jail premises and two counts of felony possession of Schedule II controlled substance. She was served her warrant on December 13, 2024, and received a $3,000 secured bond. Her first appearance was set for December 16, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
