On December 27, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office obtained information that Loretta Ann Harrelson had sent an email intimidating a witness in a case. Following the investigation, charges were sought against her for felony intimidating a witness.
On December 28, 2024, Deputies located Harrelson, arrested her and transported her to the Randolph County Detention Center, where she was served her warrant for arrest. The magistrate issued a written promise, and a first appearance was set for January 6, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
