On November 23, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office received a report of larceny/theft of items from the residence on Hoover Hill Rd., Asheboro.
Following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, charges were sought against Jennifer Antionette Gardner for felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods. The magistrate found probable cause for the charges and issued a warrant for arrest.
On January 17, 2025, Gardner was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served her warrant and issued no bond. A first appearance was set for January 21, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
