On February 16, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Small Rd. & US HWY 220 Bus. N., Randleman. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine, heroin, and paraphernalia were located. The driver, identified as Joshua Daniel Ingle, and the passenger, identified as Jessica Lynn Cartner, were both placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamines, felony possession of heroin, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on both. Neither were given a bond due to being out on pre-trial release. A first appearance was set for February 17, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
