On February 27, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office received a DSS referral, in reference to possible child neglect. On February 28, 2025, Detectives with the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office went to the address to conduct a welfare check on the juveniles. Following the welfare check, Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence after discovering the home was in a condition that was hazardous to the health and safety of the children. Luke Warren White was arrested on scene and charged with simple possession of marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor child abuse.
As a result of the investigation, the parents of the juveniles, Tabitha Lexus Glymph and Andrew Keith White were subsequently charged were charged with felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor child abuse.
On March 4. 2025, Tabitha and Andrew were located by the Criminal Apprehension Team, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where they were served their warrants. They were both issued a $1,500 secured bond and a first appearance was set for March 5, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
