On March 11, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Lamb Country Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a larceny/theft of lawn equipment.
Following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, charges were sought against Thomas Brandon Hill for felony break/enter motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny.
The Criminal Apprehension Team located Hill on March 21, 2025. He was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his warrant and received no bond. He was also served his outstanding processes for second-degree trespassing and an order for arrest for misdemeanor failure to appear in Guilford County. He was issued a $250 total secured bond on the Order. A first appearance was set for March 24, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
