On May 23, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Buffalo Ford Rd., Asheboro, in reference to an assault.
Following an investigation, Dakota Mastin Aldridge was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony break/enter to terrorize/injure, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor interfere with emergency communication, and misdemeanor injury to real property. No bond was issued due to the charges being domestic in nature. A first appearance was set for May 27, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
