On June 10, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on McCranford Rd., Asheboro. The driver received a citation for the violations.
During the investigation and consensual search, methamphetamine was located in the possession of passenger Malena Danielle Church. She was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamine.
