On August 4, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Bethel Lucas Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, the victim was able to provide evidence, and the suspects were identified as Felica Michelle Beane and Claude Daniel Beane. Mr. Beane had previously advised to stay off this property.
They both were transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony break/enter with intent to terrorize/injure for Ms. Beane and probable cause for misdemeanor second-degree trespass and communicating threats. Ms. Beane was given no bond and was placed on a domestic hold and Mr. Beane received a $50,000 secure bond. A first appearance was scheduled for August 5, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
