On September 3, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Sunset View Dr. area of Archdale in reference to a prowler.
Upon arrival, the deputy located a female identified as Amanda Mae Burmeister, who had an active Civil Order for Arrest for Child Support out of Randolph County. She was placed under arrest. During the search to arrest, an illegal substance and paraphernalia were located. She was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where are the magistrate found probable cause for felony Possession of Schedule II and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was issued a $2,000 Secured bond and provided a court date of September 5, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
She was also served her Civil Order for Arrest for Child Support with a bond of $800 Cash.
