On June 16, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Mack Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a family fight.
Following an investigation and the collection of evidence, Excel Dillian Snyder was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for two counts felony assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault attempting serious injury with a minor present, and misdemeanor child abuse. He was issued a $5,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for June 19, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
