On June 18, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Wright Road, Thomasville, for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies could hear yelling inside the residence. Upon entry, the subjects were separated and the male was escorted out of the residence. During a search of the male, identified as Hunter Alexander Spencer, methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located in his possession.
Following the investigation, Spencer was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor assault on a female, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was denied due to the charges being domestic in nature and a first appearance was set for June 19, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
