On June 25, 2023, while a Randolph County Sheriff’s Deputy was serving outstanding orders for arrest on Rachel Louise Allred of Liberty, methamphetamine was located in her possession. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamine and issued a $1,000 secure bond with a first appearance set for June 26, 2023, in Randolph County District Court. She was also served her outstanding orders for arrest out of Guilford and Randolph Counties. She was issued an additional $443,500 secured bond.
