On June 26, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division Detectives responded to Old Thomasville Rd., High Point, in reference to a breaking and entering at the facility.
Following the investigation, charges were sought against Brandon Scott Andrich and Charles Morris Rushbrook for four counts of felony breaking and/or entering, two counts of felony larceny after breaking and/or entering, felony possession of stolen goods/property and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for each.
On August 7, 2023, Andrich and Rushbrook were served their warrants at the Randolph County Detention Center. The magistrate issued both a $10,000 secured bond and set a first appearance for August 8, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
Both defendants have been confined at the Randolph County Detention Center since June 26, 2023, for similar crimes.
