On October 3, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Gold Hill Rd., Asheboro, in reference to a reported trespassing.
Upon arrival, the homeowner requested Kailey Blake Lambeth be removed from the property in which she had previously been trespassed and was currently refusing to leave. The deputy located Blake asleep inside the residence with narcotics and paraphernalia within reach. Blake was placed under arrest for trespassing and possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.
She was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor breaking and/or entering, misdemeanor possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor second-degree trespassing, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was issued a $5,000 secured bond and her first appearance was set for October 4, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
