On February 18, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office responded to Woodlawn St., Asheboro, in reference to a reported larceny.
Following an investigation, charges were sought against Robert Anthony Chisholm for felony larceny from the person and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
On February 29, 2024, Chisholm was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his outstanding warrant. He was issued a $20,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for March 1, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
