On July 23, 2024, members of the Invictus Task Force executed a search warrant related to a cyber tip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). As a result of the investigation Kenneth Holloway was arrested by the Task Force and charged with ten (10) counts of 2nd Degree Exploitation of a minor. Holloway was arrested on July 31, 2024, and transported to the Forsyth County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $350,000 unsecured bond and set a first appearance in Davidson County District Court. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
