On September 16, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division responded to Rob Cruthis Rd., Archdale, for an agency assist in a missing persons investigation at the request of the Winston-Salem Police Department. Human remains were located at the residence of Beau Benjamin Martin and they have been sent to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Raleigh for examination and identification.
Martin was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony fail/conceal report of death. He was issued a $15,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for September 17, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
