On October 12, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Crooked Stream Lane, Thomasville, in reference to a 50-B violation. Upon arrival, deputies located Christopher Timothy Ward. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine was located in his possession. Ward was arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamine, domestic criminal trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ward was given no bond due to the Pre-Trial Integrity Act. He was also served with a Warrant for Arrest out of Davidson County and an Order for Arrest out of Randolph County. No bond on the Davidson County Warrant for Arrest due to the Pre-Trail Integrity Act and there was a preset $3,000 secured bond for the Randolph County Order for Arrest.
