On November 22, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Indian Creek Drive regarding a trespassing. Upon arrival, the caller reported finding a male subject inside the home upon arrival to clean the property. Deputies contacted the property owner who advised that the male, identified as Charles Dwayne Duncan, had been permitted to stay in his car in the driveway only. They obtained permission to enter the residence to locate Duncan. Upon entry, he was located. During a subsequent search, Cocaine was located. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of cocaine and issued a written promise to appear in Randolph County District Court on December 16, 2024.
