
In August of 2024, members of the Invictus Task Force executed a search warrant related to a cyber tip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). As a result of the investigation, Daniel Scott Miller was charged with ten (10) counts of 2nd Degree Exploitation of a minor by the Invictus Task Force. Miller was arrested on December 18, 2024, by the Randolph County Criminal Apprehension Team. Miller was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $250,000 secured bond and set a first appearance in Randolph County District Court. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
