On February 17, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were made aware that Anthony Jerome Banks had violated his conditions of EHA. Deputies responded to Arbor Dr., Trinity, and conducted a search; where they located items he is not allowed to have.
He was then transported to the Randolph County Detention Center and taken before the magistrate. The magistrate found probable cause for felony electronic house arrest/violation. She was issued a $25,000 secured bond with continued EHA. A first appearance was set for February 18, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
Banks has been on EHA since December 30, 2024.
