On March 3, 2025, Colten James Osborne was served with a true bill of indictment for ten (10) additional counts of third-degree exploitation of a minor. Further investigation found that Osborne was in possession of computer-generated images of child sexual abuse material. Osborne was issued a $10,000 secured bond on the additional charges and is scheduled to appear in Davidson County Superior Court.

In December 2024, members of the Invictus Task Force initiated a Peer 2 Peer networking investigation into the possession and/or distribution of child sex abuse material (CSAM). As a result of the investigation, Colten James Osborne, was charged by the Task Force with ten (10) counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a minor. Osborne was arrested on December 6, 2024, and transported to the Davidson County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $500,000 secured bond and set a first appearance in Davidson County District Court. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
