On February 12, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Archdale Rd., Trinity, in reference to a burglary that had occurred. During the subsequent investigation, video footage was obtained of an unknown male on the property again.
During the investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, Neal Allen McMann was found to be in possession of stolen items from the residence. He was then also identified as the male captured in the surveillance footage.
Charges were sought against McMann for felony breaking and or entering and felony larceny after break/enter. The magistrate found probable cause for the charges. McMann was served and was issued a $5,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for March 4, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
