During an investigation by the Criminal Interdiction Team Urban Unit, charges were sought against Heather Anne Prince for felony obstruction of justice, and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant.
On June 17, 2025, Prince was located and arrested by the Criminal Interdiction Team Urban Unit. She was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where she was served the warrant and issued a $10,000 secured bond. The magistrate also found probable cause for misdemeanor resist/obstruct/delay and issued an additional $3,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for June 20, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
