On June 23, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an assault that had already occurred in the area of Old Poole Rd., Archdale, during which a victim was injured.
Following the investigation, charges were sought against Brayden O’Neil Stephens, Travis Ray Hurt, and Johnathan Robinson on July 12, 2025, for felony assault inflicting serious bodily injury and the magistrate found probable cause to issue warrants for arrest. Stephens and Hurt turned themselves in at the Randolph County Detention Center. Both received a $10,000 secured bond.
On July 13, 2025, a criminal summons was sought on Devin Lindholm for simple assault and second-degree trespass, and the magistrate found probable cause to issue. Lindholm was served the summons and a court date is set for July 21, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
On July 30, 2025, Robinson was located by the Randleman Police Department in their jurisdiction, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served his warrant. The magistrate issued a $5,000 secured bond and first appearance was set for August 1, 2025, in Randolph County District Court. He was also served his outstanding orders for arrest out of Randolph and Guilford Counties and received an additional $1,075 bond.
