On December 2, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Spero Rd., Asheboro, in reference to an agency assist with N.C. State Highway Patrol, who had located a substance when investigating an accident at Spero Rd., Exit and I73. Randolph County EMS responded and transported Harmony Simone White to an area hospital for treatment.
Following the investigation, charges were sought against White for felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, felony possession of schedule VI-controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
On December 2, 2025, White was located in Guilford County, arrested, and transported to the Guilford County Detention Center, where she was served her warrant and issued a $1,000 secured bond. A court date was set for January 6, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
