On September 11, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation related to the distribution of Cocaine in the Seagrove area of Randolph County. As a result of the investigation, Detectives located and seized approximately eight pounds of Cocaine and arrested Octavius Cornelius Spinks at a residence on Osborne Mill Rd.
Octavius Cornelius Spinks was transported to Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of two counts of felony trafficking in cocaine. He received a $100,000 secured bond with a first appearance set for September 12, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
