Randolph County Zoning Permit Online Portal

Citizens and contractors can obtain zoning permits online. Contractors can use their existing ePermits account to apply for zoning permits, and citizens can use the resident access to apply for zoning permits.  Citizens using the portal must have their parcel number, which can be obtained from GIS on the Web.

Planning Department Applications

Below are all of the applications that can be completed for various Planning Department permits. Download the form to your computer, complete the form, and click on the "Submit" button for the form to be automatically sent to the correct staff. Staff will process the application in the order it was received. Please note that site plans are required for all of these applications, and if you are not the property owner, you must submit something in writing from the property owner giving you permission to make the application.
